Is the website really free?
Yes. There's no setup fee and nothing to pay until your site is live. Then it's $200 a month for hosting, changes and upkeep. The only other cost is your domain name, which you own and renew yourself (usually $10–20 a year).
When do I pay?
We take a card when we start, but nothing is charged until your site is live. Then it's $200 on the same day each month.
Why is there a 12-month minimum?
Because we build the site for free up front. After the first 12 months it's month to month.
What if I want to cancel in the first year?
You can pay the remaining months, or buy the site outright for $999. After the first year you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Who owns the website?
Your domain name, logo, photos and words are always yours. The design and code stay with us while you're a customer. You can buy the whole site for $999 any time if you want to take it elsewhere.
How fast are changes?
Within one business day, and usually the same day.
What counts as an everyday change?
Text, photos, hours, prices, services, specials, staff and reviews. Unlimited means you never count requests; it's meant for everyday updates, roughly an hour of work a month in total. If something is bigger, we'll tell you before doing anything.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Yes. We rebuild it on the same plan and point your existing domain to the new site.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. If you can send a text, you can run your website.
